Prof. María Jesús Muñoz-Torres and Dr. Icíar García Pérez are editing a Special Issue of Sustainability on 'Microfinance and Sustainable Development'. The special issue will comprise a selection of papers addressing different approaches and tools for the in-depth analysis of the relationship between the microfinance phenomenon and sustainable development, with a special focus on assessment methodologies.
We invite proposals to be presented at an academic workshop at UC Davis School of Law on 26 April 2019. The aim of the workshop is to facilitate an in-depth comparative analysis of the relationship between takeovers and value creation.
