Allerhand Institute of Advanced Legal Studies

The Allerhand Institute is a legal think tank, an institute of advanced legal studies that acts at the junction of law and economics. The Institute’s mission is to contribute to the improvement of the quality and transparency of law in Poland, and raise the legal awareness of society. The Institute combines competences relevant to the SMART project: it has a proven record of (i) international academic research collaboration, (ii) policy consultancy for EU and national parliamentary and governmental agencies, (iii) academic achievements in fields related to the SMART project, in particular company law, corporate governance, human rights & business.
