University of Tasmania

The University of Tasmania (UTAS) is one of Australia’s oldest public universities, established in 1890, and is ranked among the top 10 research universities in the country. The University offers various undergraduate and graduate programs in a range of disciplines including law and environmental studies, and has links with 20 specialist research institutes, cooperative research centres and faculty based research centres, many of which are regarded as nationally and internationally competitive leaders.
